📄 Cancellation & Lateness Policy We appreciate your time and business. Please review our updated policy, designed to respect your schedule and ours. ⏰ Notice Period • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. ❗ Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 20% cancellation fee. • No-shows will also be charged a 20% fee. • Cancellation fees and deposits are nonrefundable. 🕒 Late Arrival Charges • Arrivals over 15 minutes late will result in automatic rescheduling.• Rescheduling still requires a new deposit. • The original 20% cancellation fee will still apply due to lost time. 📝 Booking Requirements • After booking, clients must complete all required questions and forms. • A signed consent is required prior to services. • Incomplete forms may result in appointment cancellation without refund. 💳 Payment Terms • Fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from prepaid packages. 💬 How to Cancel You may cancel or reschedule via phone, text, or email.
